On a hot day in a very hot gym the Varsity and JV girls volleyball teams pushed through and walked away with big wins against San Diego High School on Thursday, September 10th!  Sophomore Kayden Magill had a great match on offense and defense.  She had 3 service aces, 40 assists and 8 digs.  Juniors Riley Swartwood and Kylee Groark led the way with 10 and 13 kills respectively.  Senior Molly Mullen had 9 digs and several serving runs that earned 10 points.  The Lady Captains have one more week of non-league games next week and then our league opener is home game against Mira Mesa High School on Tuesday, September 22nd.
